How does Division III offer superior results?

Through superior people and a commitment to absolute quality work.

Here's how we do it:

1. Diverse Project Experience

Division III has been in business since 1996, completing well over 225 projects varying in size and scope. Here are some examples:

  • Office and warehouse/distribution construction
  • Heavy civil water retention structures
  • Educational facilities
  • Heavy industrial paint/spray booth floor construction
  • Gymnasium facilities
  • Retail shopping centers
  • Architectural concrete hardscape installation

2. Expertise on Floor Flatness

Division III can accommodate any Ff and Fl (Floor Flatness, Floor Levelness) specifications encountered on a project. Division III has been consistently achieving Floor flatness numbers greater than Ff-60

3. Knowledgable Staff

Division III employs only skilled labor and does not subcontract any of its work. Divison III maintains a high retention of field personnel and typically has people on each project who have been with the company over 7 years.

4. The Laser Screed Advantage

Division III owns a Somero Laser screed; Division III does not lease or rent its Laser Screed. Division III adapts to the client's date for placement of the slab, rather than request that the client work around laser screed availability.

5. Quality Equipment and Tools

Divison III's equipment also includes the latest Whiteman and Bartell riding troweling machines, as well as standard walk-behind machines. Division III's vehicle fleet includes a 16 passenger bus so the company can mobilize manpower and equipment wherever and whenever the client requires.

6. We're There When You Need Us

Division III maintains an office and a 7000 square foot warehouse. Division III is able to better serve the client by utilizing this space to help prepare for projects, prefabricate forms and/or rebar regardless of weather conditions.

7. Safety is a Top Priority

Division III maintains an excellent 0.78 Experience Modification Rate on projects, which means less accidents, less setbacks - better results.
